Members of Mountain View Hope Covenant Church have identified one of the biggest and most commonly felt needs in the community is that of a community meeting space. We envision a place where friends can meet and visit over a cup of coffee, a place for larger groups of individuals to meet to plan, collaborate on projects of mutual interest, and a space with the flexibility to allow for larger formal groups, such as the community council, to conduct their regularly scheduled meetings.  There is currently no such location in the Mountain View community, the most densely populated part of Anchorage.

Currently, the planning team is in the planning stages of development, with a business plan, beginnings of a budget, and idea of an ideal location (which currently has some available space), and excitement surrounding the project.
